The Trela Roofing experts have a wide experience in skylights installation in order to give you the best services and an excellent result we have developed and inspection service.
Includes:
- Inspect the glass (lens).
- Inspect the glazing seals.
- Inspect the curb.
- Inspect the flashing.
- Inspect the mechanicals, if any.
- Inspect the contiguous roof area.
- We will clean the exterior glass.
- We apply skylight glass to frame, if appropriate
- We will lubricate mechanicals, if any.
- We will reseal the flashings.
Or for a full service pre-skylight installation:
- Remove contiguous roof shingles from around base of skylight
- Install ice and water shield membrane barrier.
- Replace Shingles (color match not guaranteed) If
homeowner has sufficient roof shingles a color match can be assured.
